Mr. Rosales is an executive experienced in the hotel industry and finances. He founded and developed a 16-restaurant chain in Spain in less than three years. In 2004, he acquired his first U.S café in Hollywood, Florida, under a completely new concept of corporate restaurants. In only three months, he raised its gross income by 25% and began turning a profit within six months. In 2007, he obtained two additional cafés in Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and in less than five months he had increased revenues by over 20%.
Mr. Rosales' experience in developing fast growth and high-yield businesses has led him to the acquisition and development of eight companies, creating a significant value for the shareholders. Mr. Rosales is adept at managing capital, identifying undervalued businesses that have high-potential and marshalling resources to leverage those business assets. Additionally, he is the International Financial Director of Sea Stone Capital, a real estate fund based in México that specializes in building government housing.
Mr. Rosales was born in Caracas, Venezuela; he studied and graduated fifth in his class in law, with honors from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela. He also obtained an MBA and a Master's Degree in International Legal Counseling at the Instituto de Empresas in Madrid, Spain.
