Mrs. Mayaudon has over 23 years of finance experience and served 21 years as Finance Director and Chief of Equipment for Windjammer Barefoot Cruises. She helped developed revenue systems, inventory controls and income management, and assisted in the supervision of sailboat construction.
Mrs. Mayaudon is a natural leader and negotiator with bank institutions, such as Merrill Lynch, Raymond James and Wachovia Bank. She was responsible for the implementation of a new hotel and travel computer software. She led the sales and marketing departments, supporting them with sales projections and monitoring the customer service team.
She helped in the development of shipyards in Trinidad & Tobago, assisted with the required procedures for ship repairs and developed business relationships with governmental port agencies in the Caribbean. She was responsible for monitoring and supervising the administrative personnel of over 400 employees and implementing competitive pricing with all suppliers, while improving credit terms.
Mrs. Mayaudon is a member of the Board of Directors for Economic Development of Miami, Board of Directors of the Little River Business District, Board of Directors of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and Liaison for Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
